A nice experience is a boat trip on the Canal du Midi. This channel has long been used as a trade route but now also the pleasure boats found their way. The seaside resort of Gruissan extends over a length of 17 kilometres. The blue sea contrasts well against the green of the massif. Gruissan is also known for its salt production.
