Cottage in Loire

The capital of the department Loire is Saint-Étienne. Charming buildings, like the cathedral and the city hall are typical for this city. Don’t forget to visit famous museums such as the ‘Musée d’Art et d’Industrie’ and the ‘Musée d’Art Moderne’. La Volerie du Forez in Le Pavé Marcilly le Chatel invites you to watch and enjoy a birds of prey show in the castle, with a flavour of the Middle Ages. Firminy Vert is known for its contemporary buildings, designed by the well-known architect ‘Le Corbusier’. Here you can discover the Maison de la Culture, the stadium, the St. Pierre church and the Unite d’Habitation. The Chateau La Bastie d’Urfe en Forey is a must. This historical castle is famous for his garden, lake and maze.
