Vermont is a traditional and authentic decorated holiday home and can accommodate up to 8 persons. The house has access to a communal swimming pool with other holiday rentals.
The space
The house with its own entrance gives access to a garage with a ping-pong table. Access to the house via a staircase that leads to the large terrace, partly covered and a small garden. Garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue are at your disposal.
Large bright living room with sitting area, television and a fireplace. The kitchen has a gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, filter coffee machine, kettle, fridge with freezer and a washing machine.
The first bedroom and bathroom are located on the ground floor. The bedroom has a double bed and a wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath, sink, hairdryer and a toilet.
1st floor:
Upstairs are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a wardrobe and a seating area with a sofa and a chaise longue. Bedroom 3 has a double bed, a wardrobe and two armchairs with a private bathroom. This is equipped with a shower and a sink. Bedroom 4 has a double bed, a sofa, a make-up area and a wardrobe. The last bathroom has a bath, a sink and a toilet.
A baby cot and a high chair are available.
Outside:
The common swimming pool of 16 x 8 m, with a depth of 1.10 to 2 m is located within walking distance. The pool is heated and open from May to the end of September. The opening hours are from 10:00 to 22:00. The tennis court is at your disposal.
The house is located close to the castles of the Loire including le château de Valençay. Every Tuesday morning there is a market next to the castle. Beauval Zoo is 15 minutes drive away.
