Silvery is a large country house with a private pool, located on a 4-hectare (10 acres) property. From the terrace you have a wonderful view of the 3 km distant village of Monflanquin.
The space
The spacious kitchen has a 5-burner stove, oven, fridge / freezer, additional fridge, additional freezer, coffee maker, dishwasher, washer and dryer. The living room includes a dining area and a sitting area with TV, library and games.
The first bedroom has two single beds.
The second bedroom has a double bed and patio doors to the outside.
The third bedroom has a double bed and one double sofa bed, this room can accommodate a wheelchair.
Two bathrooms with shower, washbasins and toilet.
1st floor:
The fifth bedroom with loft has 4 single beds (200 x 90 cm).
There are two cots (linen included) and two high chairs available.

Outside:
Large extended terrace, a summer kitchen with garden furniture, chairs, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave and barbecue. There is a giant chess game, a jeu-de-boules court and table tennis table.
The swimming pool (10x5 m) is up to 2.1 m deep. The owners maintains the pool 3 times a week without disturbing you during your holiday.

- un salon accessible depuis l'intérieur de la maison
- des commodités type grille pain, et surtout parasols au niveau de la piscine
- un lave vaisselle de meilleur qualité
- plus de vaisselle (verres notamment)
