Cottage Owen can accommodate up to 8 persons and is well situated to discover the most beautiful sites of the Périgord Noirs.
Owen is located together with holiday home Luna on a 5-hectare estate, but both houses offer ample privacy. The holiday home is peacefully situated, has a swimming pool, and boasts stunning views over the green valley. Upon request, a baby cot, a high chair, and a changing pad are available.
The space
On the ground floor, there are 4 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 features a double bed and an ensuite bathroom with a sink, shower, toilet, and bidet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and direct access to the ground floor terrace.
There are 2 children's bedrooms, each with a single bed. It's possible to add an additional single bed in each children's room.
There is a separate bathroom with a bathtub and toilet.
1st floor:
The first floor comprises a cozy living room with a flat-screen TV and a dining table. WiFi connection is available. The open kitchen with an island is fully equipped. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and a toilet.
A large, shaded terrace with a dining table allows you to enjoy meals outside. From here, you have a beautiful view over the green valley.
Outside:
A terrace with sun loungers and a lower-level pool measuring 5.86 x 3.86 meters with a depth of 1.20 meters. An alarm is available upon request, and there is security on the gate of the fence. There are 2 swings where children can enjoy themselves.

Location
At 1,5 km lies the village of Rouffignac St. Cernin with a bakery, supermarket, restaurants and a local market on Sunday morning. In July and August, there is a farmers market every Wednesday. The sale is always accompanied by a tasting and musical entertainment.
