Holiday home Orientale has been completely renovated and has a large garden with private swimming pool and a hammam. The house offers a unique location, it is the last house of the village.
The space
The living room has a sitting area, dining table, TV and fireplace where you can enjoy a crackling fire during the winter months. High chair and cod are available.
The kitchen has an oven, fridge / freezer, toaster, dishwasher, electric stove, coffee machine and a small kitchen table with chairs.
The bedroom downstairs has a double bed and adjacent bathroom.
1st floor:
There are four bedrooms, two bathrooms with shower and two separate toilets.
3 bedrooms with double beds (the beds can be separated)
A children's room with a bunk bed
Outside:
The living room opens onto the covered terrace, where you can relax in the shade. Additional frigde & freezer. A barbecue and table tennis are available. Also a swing for the kids.
A private garden with swimming pool (10 x 5m) with integrated jacuzzi openn from 15 May to 15 September, it is possible to heat the pool outside the summer. The jacuzzi may, for safety reasons, only be used by adults. Around the pool you can sit or lie on a sun lounger.
Housekeeping is included in the price, but the house must be clean at departure, we ask you to remove the bed sheets, to empty the dustbins and to clean te barbecue. If required we charge € 15 per hour for additional cleaning.

Location
Orientale is located at 16 km from the characteristic town of Brantôme, also known as the "Venice of the Périgord". Situated on an island in the middle of the hilly countryside of the Périgord Vert, surrounded by the river Dronne. Brantôme has an old Benedictine monastery (over 1200 years old), the tower Saint-Roch, the Jardin des Moines, the Notre-Dame church and the famous market on Friday all worth a visit. Brantôme also is the gateway to the Regional Natural Park "Périgord-Limousin", where nature lovers will enjoy the flora and fauna.

- Het zwembad is heerlijk
- Het huisje staat klaar voor gebruik als je aankomt ( bedden opgemaakt, flesje wijn op tafel )
- Je hebt last van niemand en niemand heeft last van jouw.
- Het huisje heeft drie badkamers, wat met twee gezinnen perfect is.
- Het is heerlijk eten onder de veranda
- De hele omgeving ademt Franse authenciteit
- De inrichting inclusief keuken is heel compleet.
Downsides
- De schoonmaak gebeurd met de Franse slag : scheermesje lag nog in de badkamer , kleding van vorige bewoners lag nog in de kast , in een tas in de keuken lag nog een berg oud stokbrood en verder ligt er overal stof en zijn sommige spullen echt vies.
- De wifi liet te wensen over, die hebben we wel 100x herstart.( neem eigen router mee ?)
- De jacuzzi in de tuin deed het niet. ( stond een laagje vies water in )
- De hammam is ons onduidelijk. Deze zou enkele dagen in de week aangezet worden ? Je kunt er wel heerlijk douchen.
