This beautiful stone house has been completely renovated and is located in the village of Saint-Méard-de-Gurçon, 30 minutes from Bergerac. In the period fom March 30th to October 30th, you can use your private swimming pool with a broad overlook from the terrace to the grass-land and the forests.
The owner lives on spot, but complete privacy is ensured.
The space
The house is on the ground level. The living room is divided into a dining and a living area. The living area has a large fireplace with comfortable sofas and chairs, you can enjoy a cozy fire during the cold winter months. The living room has a flat-screen TV with DVD player.
The open kitchen includes a four ring electric cooker, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, electric oven and microwave. The glass doors in the living room provides access to the outside. You can make use of the free WiFi connection.
The suite has a king size bed (180 x 200m), a dresser and the room has direct access to the garden. A bathroom with bathtub, separate shower, two sinks and a toilet.
Outside:
Around your private pool (8 x 4m and a depth of 1,50m) are sunbeds for sunbathing. The pool house has a covered terrace, a sitting area and a barbecue. The kids can play on the grass of the large garden. A table tennis table is available on request.
The house is surrounded by 11 acres of grassland and forests and is fully surrounded. The electric gate (code-protected) will grant you access, there is a parking space for two cars and storage for your bikes.
