This cosy cottage is located in the Belgian Ardennes, between La Roche-en-Ardenne and Hotton. Explore and enjoy this green area with friends, family or colleagues and participate in all kinds of sports like kayaking, mountain biking, horseback riding. Relax in the Finnish sauna, while the children have fun in the garden. Tourist information, board games and several DVDs are available in the cottage.
You can also rent this cottage together with cottage Joanne (for up to 27 persons). They are connected by a door in the cottage.
The space
Ground floor:
A spacious dining room with two child seats. The adjacent kitchen is fully equipped, fridge-freezer, electric stove, oven, dishwasher, toaster and a Senseo coffee machine.
The living room with sofas, fireplace and TV gives a spacious feeling, due to the open upper floor. A games room with table football, playground and many other play equipment. In the utility room, a washing machine and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board are available for your convenience.
1st floor:
The staircase leads to the first floor with four bedrooms:
The 1st bedroom has a double bed.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed with cot.
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed and a single bed.
There are two bathrooms: one has a bath with shower and double sinks, the other has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate toilet in the corridor.
2nd floor:
The second floor is available for rentals from 9 to 13 persons. On this floor are two connecting bedrooms:
Bedroom 5 has a double and a single bed.
Bedroom 6 has a single bed.
There is also a separate toilet with sink.
Outside:
At the back of the cottage you have a terrace with garden furniture and BBQ. For relaxation, there is a private sauna. In the large communal garden, the children have access to the climbing frame, trampoline and sandpit. Near the tipi tent, you can enjoy a cosy evening by the campfire
