Les Boudants is a holiday home in the countryside, where you can enjoy the beautiful scenery, tranquility and plenty of space. In the winter months you can sit warm in this charming house because it is has under floor heating.
The space
You enter the house through the hallway, this wil give you acces to a small bathroom. The hallway is adjacent to the living room and kitchen. The cozy living room has a seating area with a fire place and a large dining table.
The open kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Behind the kitchen you will find a laundry room with washer and dryer.
From the living room there is a hallway that leads to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. The first bedroom has two single beds. The other two bedrooms have a double bed.
Outside:
Through the driveway you will reach the car park at the front of the house. The living room and kitchen gives access to the large garden and terrace. You can use the garden furniture, consisting of two sun launchers and a barbecue. The house is very private.
Within walking distance you will find a private fishing pond of 1.5 ha, where you can fish for carp, roach and pike.
Also it is possible to use a small row boat. Bicycles are available.
Just 20 km away lies the popular theme park ''Le Pal'', it's a zoo and a theme park in one where you can admire over five hundred animals. There are also spectacular shows you can attend and different attractions to enjoy. It is even possible to help with the animal care in the park.

Als je rust zoekt vind je het daar. Mooie plaats om te vissen. Fijn dat er fietsen tot beschikking zijn zodat je de omgeving ook per fiets kunt verkennen. Eigenaren staan altijd voor je klaar. Hebben een heerlijk verblijf daar gehad.
