Villa Kate is located in the south of Vaucluse, close to the Durance in the village of Villelaure. Kate can accommodate 9 persons and has a 2700 m2 garden with a private swimming pool and an authentic wood-burning oven.
The space
A living room with fireplace, coffee table, sofas, closet, TV and a dining area. The reverse air conditioning ensures warm air in the cold months and for cold air in the warm months. The kitchen with bar is fully equipped, including a filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher fridge and freezer.
On the ground floor there are three bedrooms, two bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds and sofa bed. There is a bathroom with sink and shower, there are two toilets. A baby chair and baby cot are available on request.
1st floor:
The first floor, which is accessible by a staircase in the living room, has two single beds.
Outside:
Two terraces, one covered. A large garden with a 8 x 4 meter private pool with waterfall. There are sunbeds around the pool but you can also lie in the shade by the parasol. There is a barbecue and you can make pizzas in the authentic pizza oven.
Studio with a double bed and a single bed, kitchen and bathroom with shower and sink.
Please note that the electricity consumption of 100 kWh is included in the rental price. With excessive consumption we charge € 0.20 x kWh.
Location
In the village you can fresh croissants at the bakery and have some good food in the restaurant. In the surrounding area you can enjoy walking, cycling, horse riding, fishing, tennis, golf and swimming. Nearby are many beautiful villages such as Lourmarin, Ansuis, Cucuron, Bonnieux and Gordes.
