Surrounded by the vineyards of Bergerac lies this former wine warehouse Jules. The two completely enclosed buildings can accommodate 14 people, the main house sleeps 9 people and the annex building can accommodate 5 people. If you rent the main house, the small house is not rented and vice versa. The house has an enclosed private swimming pool with terrace and a breathtaking view over the valley of the Dordogne.
The space
Ground floor:
The main house has an open kitchen, dining room, living room, two bedrooms, a bathroom and a seperate toilet.
Dining room and open kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, fridge / freezer, coffee machine and an electric 4 burner stove. The living room has a sitting area, fireplace, TV, sofa and a bed for 2 persons. Cot and highchair are available on request.
Both rooms have a double bed and a closet. The bathroom has a shower, sink and washing machine.
The annex building has a summer kitchen with a dining corner, a sink, washing machine, fridge / freezer, coffee machine, gas hob, microwave and a closet.
1st floor:
The dining room in the main house provides access to the mezzanine for kids with 3 single beds and a closet.
Located 5 meters from the house, on the edge of the pool are the two bedrooms of the annex building. Accessed via a (childproof) staircase from the pool, the two bedrooms are connected to each other. The first bedroom has a double bed, a large wardrobe and a bathroom with shower, sink and a toilet. The other bedroom has a double bed and a single bed with wardrobe and TV.
Outside:
A large terrace on the side of the house with two picnic tables and parasols.
A smalls step leads to the fully enclosed swimming pool of 10 x 5 m equipped with an alarm system. Garden furniture, barbecue, sun loungers, table tennis and parasols are available.
On request you can fish in two small ponds (equipment not included).

Location
Jules is located in the village of Prigonrieux, just 1 kilometer from restaurants, a supermarket, a bakery and 7 kilometers from the town of Bergerac. This town is situated on the banks of the Dordogne river and here is the Cyrano de Bergerac, the old port en the Notre-Dame church are worth a visit.
