This beautiful villa is situated 4 km outside the medieval village Fayence. The villa is located in the quiet residential area Résidences de L'Aumade and has a closed character and offers a lot of privacy. The garden has a big lawn and landscaped borders. Thoughout the villa are terracotta tiles on the floor.
The space
When u enter the house you will step into the hallway which has acces to all the rooms on the ground floor. On the right is the living room with fireplace, satellite TV with Dutch channels, DVD player, internet connection and doors leading to the coverate terrace. The living room is divided in two levels. The sitting area and up the staircase in the living room, the mezzanine floor. The mezzanine floor is an ideal play area for children.
From the living room you step into the atmospheric dining room with a large table and eight chairs. Diagonally opposite the front door is the Provencal decorated and well equipped kitchen. Next to the kitchen is a bathroom with bath, washbasin and bidet. The toilet is separate.
In the last part of the hallway are 3 bedrooms for 2 people. All rooms are painted in terrencotta. One bedroom is furnished as a nursery with two single beds. The other room has a bunkbed and the last room a double bed.
1st floor:
On this floor is a bedroom with a double bed and has his own bathroom with shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet. This room also has a private balcony overlooking the garden and the swimming pool.
Outside:
The covered terrace is accessible through the living room and kitchen. It has a large table wich can seat eight people. The barbecue is on the outside of this terrace. A set of stairs leads you to the slightly lower situated swimming pool with sun deck. The lawn besides the pool is also an ideal place to relax.
For children is a playset with swing, trampoline and a pétanque court.
North of Fréjus-Saint-Raphael is one of the most beautiful areas in Provence, the Pays de Fayence. The Pays de Fayence consists of Mons, Fayence, Seillans, Tourettes, Callian, Montauroux, Tanneron, Bagnols and Saint-Paul - en-Foret.
They are all cute villages with colorful, steep, winding state and shady squares. They all have their medieval character, but also have their own identity and charm. In this area are many good Provencal markets and excellent restaurants.
The village of Fayence is situated on a hill between the sea and the mountains surrounded by the picturesque Provencal countryside. The view is really breathtaking here. . There are a number of very good restaurants here, where you can have a delicious lunch. We like to come to Le Temps des Cerises in the middle of Fayence with a beautiful terrace under the vine and delicious food. Another recommendation is Restaurant L'Escourtin. There are also nice restaurants in the area, for example Seillans Chez Hugo, Hotel des Deux Rocs and La Gloire de mon Pere.
On Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings there are nice Provencal markets with delicious fresh products (vegetables, fruit, chicken, cheese), but also tablecloths, hats, jewelry.
A day of fun at the water but not to the beach, go to the Lac de Saint Cassien, Enjoy a trip with a pedal boat with or without a slide, prefer to go fishing or hiking this is also possible at this beautiful lake.
