Hope is a modern holiday home, suitable for 6 persons. A completely fenced garden with private pool. The house is situated just near the city Narbonne, you can find the beaches of Gruissan and Narbonne within 17 km. The environment is quiet and an ideal place for those who wants to combine culture and wateractivities. The house is adjacent to the house of the owners, but they are rarely present in the summer. The garden is shared, 500 m2 is private.
The space
Ground floor:
The open kitchen is equipped with a four-burner gas cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, refrigerator, freezer, toaster and dishwasher. From the kitchen you enter the living room with sofas, coffee table and TV. The dining room has a large table four 6 persons and high chair for a baby.
Bedroom 1 has a king-size bed with private bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with massage shower and toilet.
Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a private bathroom with massage shower and toilet as well.
You can find a separate toilet on the ground floor.
1st floor:
Bedroom 3 has a double bed.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds.
The bathroom is equipped with a bath. There is a separate toilet.
Outside:
A large garden of 2.500 m2 is completely fenced with trees, flowers and partly grassed. The house has a private swimming pool (8 x 4m) with protection. The terrace is partly shaded and has a sitting area, sun loungers and built-in barbecue.
