This large mansion was once a brewery and was completely renovated in 2014 and has become a charming house, ideal for a stay with family or friends! The house is located near Saint-Quentin, in the North of France.
The space
Ground floor:
The lounge has a seating area with television, DVD player, games and a piano. The modern kitchen is fully equipped. It includes: 4 hotplates, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, blender and a filter coffee machine. A raclette grill will be at your disposal. The utility kitchen has a washing machine, dryer, iron, a high chair, an extra fridge and freezer and outdoor games.
In the office you will find brochures with activities to do in the area. There is a separate toilet. The living room has a large table and a seating area.
The room has two single beds, an en-suite bathroom with Italian shower and a sink, the bedroom and bathroom are accessible by wheelchair.
1st floor:
Bedroom 2 and 3 have three single beds. These rooms share a bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. A second bathroom has a bathtub and double sinks. There is a separate toilet.
Bedroom 4 has two single beds and adjoining a dressing room or you can place a cot.
Bedroom 5 and 6 have two single beds. The last room has a private bathroom with shower and sink and can be reached by room 4 and 5.
The single beds can be pushed together and made up as double bed.
Outside:
The courtyard gives access to the playroom with table tennis, table football and 5 adult bikes and 2 bikes for children (6 helmets) are at your disposal. You can enjoy many hiking and bike trails nearby.
The kitchen gives access to a large enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, deck chairs and a gas barbecue. A beautiful lawn with a playground for the little ones as well as a direct access on the countryside. There is enough parking space in the courtyard.
In Saint-Quentin you can visit the museum of the automobile and the butterfly museum. Visit La Bul, a huge leisure complex with an aquatic center, an ice rink, a bowling and a fitness center. You can also go canoeing or visit the Isle Park. On site lives a honey producer who can give you an insight into the world of bees.
Rustige ligging in een ‘boerendorp’. Het leven op het platteland is mooi om mee te maken.

Beautiful property, very well equipped, comfortable beds and spotlessly clean.
Downsides
The bathrooms are a little tired. Everything works and they are clean.
For large groups, two ovens would be helpful.
