Gio is a chalet for up to 10 persons, situated in the village of Le Tholy, near the 'Pearl of the Vosges': Gerardmer. It is an ideal destination for water sports enthusiasts and fishing in particular. You can rent a boat and fishing equipment at the lake and you can scuba dive there. The village has woodworking and cheese production centers. Do taste the locally "Caprice des Dieux".
The space
Ground floor:
In the cozy living room are two sofas with an ottoman, a TV with DVD player and fireplace for those cosy and warm evenings. There is a dining area with large dining table and chairs. The kitchen has an induction stove, microwave, dishwasher, fridge with a freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker. In the kitchen you will find a table with two chairs and two gourmet are available.
A bathroom with a shower, two sinks and hairdryer. From the living room you have access to the basement, with a double bedroom and a private toilet and sink. The basement gives access to the garage with a washer, dryer and table tennis table.
1st floor:
On the first floor are three bedrooms:
One bedroom with a single bed and a double bed and balcony access.
One bedroom with a single bed and a double bed, an armchair and access to the balcony.
One bedroom with two single beds.
The bathroom features a sink, tub, toilet and hairdryer.
Outside:
The chalet has two balconies with garden furniture from here you have a wonderful view of the green surroundings. Read a book in peace and enjoy the sunshine. At the back is a terrace with a garden furnitue and a barbecue, so you can enjoy a delicious meal in the open air. There is also a garage where you can park your car.
Gio is situated near a bustling river and is surrounded by accessible forests where you can go to with your children for some wood for the fireplace. There are huge stones in the garden, a left over from the quarry in this area.
