A unique holiday home in Lescheraines, created from a former barn and transformed into a warm, bright and spacious retreat in the heart of the Massif des Bauges nature park. The house offers great comfort, generous open living spaces and multiple terraces with a direct connection to nature.
Thanks to its proximity to the ski areas of Aillons-Margériaz (15 minutes) and Le Revard (25 minutes), this is an ideal base for outdoor activities throughout the year.
The space
The house is spacious and spread over two floors, with plenty of natural light, open living spaces and a strong connection to the outdoors.
🔹 Ground floor
You enter into a bright and spacious living area with high ceilings, a comfortable lounge corner and a dining table. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge with freezer, toaster, kettle and a coffee machine.
Large sliding glass doors open directly onto the covered terrace and garden, creating a seamless flow between indoor and outdoor living.

🔹 Upper floor
Upstairs you will find two bedrooms, a separate toilet and access to the rooftop terrace with a swing.

From the upper floor you can access the rooftop terrace with a swing. This is a unique chill-out spot, but it has no protective railing and must only be used under adult supervision.
🌿 Outdoor space
Around the house you will find a spacious garden, a covered terrace, a veranda with lounge seating, a charcoal BBQ and a fire pit by the small pond. There is ample parking available on the property.
It is not possible to charge electric vehicles at the property. However, a public charging station is available in the village, approximately a 10-minute walk away.

Located in Lescheraines, in the heart of the Massif des Bauges Regional Natural Park in Savoie, this home offers an authentic mountain setting surrounded by lakes, forests and Alpine scenery. Annecy, Chambéry and Aix-les-Bains are all about a 30-minute drive away.
The ski areas of Aillons-Margériaz (15 minutes) and Le Revard (25 minutes) are close by and offer skiing and snowshoeing in winter, as well as hiking trails, mountain biking and panoramic viewpoints in summer.
In Lescheraines you will find a bakery, butcher, supermarket, chocolate shop and organic grocery store, all within easy reach for daily essentials.
