This spacious home is practically laid out over multiple levels. There are three bedrooms with comfortable beds: two double beds of 140 cm and two single beds of 100x200 cm.

The property has two bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. On the first floor there is a second bathroom with shower and toilet.
🍽️ Kitchen & living area
The fully equipped kitchen connects to the living and dining area, forming the central space of the home.
🌞 Outdoor living
The outdoor area includes three terraces, a barbecue and pizza oven, a ping-pong table and a badminton area. There is also a green garden with two lawn areas.
🏊 Swimming pool & wellness
The private swimming pool is a key feature of the property and is heated from spring onwards. The pool has different depths and playful elements such as a slide. There is also a Nordic bath / hot tub for additional relaxation.
📌 Practical information
You have full access to the property, except for a few locked private areas such as the garage, technical rooms and a storage room. Parking is available directly in front of the house and is free on the street.
In the surrounding area you’ll find many hidden gems, including charming half-timbered villages where time seems to stand still. The famous Route des Vins starts in the nearby village of Marlenheim, where you can explore rolling vineyards and enjoy wine tastings along the way.
For nature lovers, the forests and hills of the Vosges offer beautiful hiking and outdoor activities. Culture enthusiasts can discover nearby castles and immerse themselves in the region’s rich history.
