Location
The property is centrally located between Poitiers, Cognac and Angoulême.
Just 5 minutes away is Verdille with a local bakery. In 10 minutes you can reach Aigre, which offers supermarkets, a bar and several restaurants. A new large Intermarché supermarket in Matha is just 15 minutes away. Additional dining options can be found within a 20-minute drive. Larger supermarkets are located in Rouillac (20 minutes) and Ruffec (30 minutes).
The beaches of La Rochelle and Île de Ré are approximately 80–90 minutes away, along with well-known regional attractions.
Nearby attractions include Futuroscope and the Vallée des Singes, both ideal for day trips. Canoeing, lakes, water parks and horse riding are all available within 30 minutes. In Cognac, you can also visit famous distilleries such as Hennessy and Martell.
