Discover the enchanting beauty of Villa Pralet in Castagniers, your luxurious retreat surrounded by stunning nature. We rent the villa for a maximum of 8 persons.

The space

On the ground floor, you will find a spacious and well-equipped kitchen with everything you need, including a ceramic hob, oven, combination microwave, American fridge, toaster, kettle, two coffee makers (filter and beans), and a sandwich toaster.

The kitchen is separated from the living room by a cozy bar. The living room features a fireplace (only for use in winter), a television, and a cupboard filled with games. French doors open to the adjacent terrace. There is also a dining room with a small bar and a bedroom with a double bed.

First floor:
On the first floor, there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen-size beds, one of which has its own en-suite bathroom. One bedroom includes a television, a balcony, and an adjoining study room. The fourth bedroom has a single bed. There is a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a bathtub, a sink, towel heating, and a toilet.

Second floor:
On the second floor, there is a cozy bedroom with a comfortable double bed.

Outdoor area:
The outdoor area of Villa Pralet is truly fantastic. Here, you can enjoy a private saltwater swimming pool, complete with sun loungers, umbrellas, and pool games, as well as an outdoor kitchen, multiple seating areas, and a dartboard. There is also a convenient bathroom with a shower and sink by the pool.

For enthusiasts, there is a petanque court. Additionally, there are various cozy sitting areas spread throughout the property, offering breathtaking views to enjoy. The villa is surrounded by an olive grove.

For delightful outdoor meals, there is a covered terrace with a dining table and an outdoor kitchen with a plancha (gas grill). A kamado barbecue is also available. There is a shed with a washing machine and dryer.

For relaxation, there is a hammock and even a wood-fired pizza oven (please note: not to be used in mid-summer due to open fire restrictions).

The villa is accessible via an access road with ample parking space. Villa Pralet is the ideal base for a wonderful vacation in this beautiful area. Come and enjoy everything this villa has to offer and create unforgettable memories with your loved ones!

Beautiful place to stay for a family holiday! The house it big, well decorated and has all amenities we needed when travelling with a baby and wanting to cook/barbecue. Check in and out was easy and the hosts made sure we had everything we needed. A lovely location outside of Nice in the mountains yet driving distance for a trip into the city - highly recommend staying here
