The space
On the ground floor, you are welcomed by a lush living room with a cozy seating area, where you can relax by the fireplace and watch TV. A second spacious room with a large table and fireplace provides the perfect spot for enjoyable evenings with friends and family. The spacious open kitchen is fully equipped with modern amenities, including a gas stove, Senseo coffee maker, coffee machine with freshly ground beans (filled upon arrival), Airfryer, dishwasher, and more. Adjacent to this is a seating area with a dining table, ideal for shared meals.
On the first floor, you will find two beautiful bedrooms, one of which offers direct access to the garden. The comfortable king-size bed awaits you for a restful night after a day full of adventure. Both rooms are tastefully decorated and equipped with modern comforts to make you feel right at home.
The first floor also features a spacious bathroom with a luxurious bathtub, shower, sink, and toilet, as well as a smaller bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink. In the hall, where the workspace is located, there is a double sofa bed.
On the second floor, you'll find three cozy bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a comfortable king-size bed, while the other two bedrooms feature queen-size beds. There is also a large playroom with two bunk beds and an extra double sofa bed, where younger guests can entertain themselves with a pool table and other fun games. This space is perfect for exciting adventures and creating beautiful memories.
A small bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet adds to the convenience. Additionally, there is a game room with a pool table, an extra fridge, various fun games, and a double sofa bed to entertain everyone.
Outside, the paradise is complete! From the kitchen, you step onto the large adjoining terrace, where you can enjoy multiple seating areas, both in the sun and in the shade. Listen to the soothing sound of the stream that flows past the house, where children can build dams and play. In the evenings, you can relax by the fire pit or use the (charcoal and gas) barbecue and plancha in the covered shelter. There is also ample parking space available.

C'est un havre de paix pour un séjour en famille. L'intérieur est vraiment chaleureux avec ses 2 cheminées, les chambres sont grandes. Il y a tout le nécessaire pour manger à 12 personnes. L'extérieur avec sa rivière, ses transats, ses braseros, son barbecue et sa plancha sont super fonctionnel, calme, et reposant. je recommande vivement ce lieu.
Downsides
Juste un conseil pour améliorer la fonctionnalité de la cuisine. Mettre le mode d'emploi du lave vaisselle et du four.

Un vrai gite pour 14 personnes avec de grandes pièces dans un endroit calme et joli, dans une zone blanche pour une déconnexion totale.
Downsides
Il peut-être utile de préciser que la chambre avec les lits superposés et la salle de jeux ne font qu'un sur l'immense palier du 2ème étage
Si possible rajouter une notice (en français) pour les appareils électroménagers
