The domain of Boussaguel consists of three separate houses and its ideal for several families traveling together and each wanting to maintain their privacy.
For the comfort of our guests, the whole is always rented together, enjoy the entire domain privately, with houses and private pool.
The domain has a new owner who has planned a number of activities, wifi will be installed in 2023 and the swimming pool will be upgraded.
The space
LA GRANGE - 3 Bedrooms (Sleeps 6) / 2 Bathrooms

The main house consists of:
The ground floor:
* From the terrace you enter the kitchen, fully equipped: refrigerator, independent freezer, electric stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher and a large worktop.
* The large adjoining dining room is impressive with its 4 m high ceiling and large dining table made of solid wood.
* A small staircase leads to the large living room, with armchairs and a coffee table around the imposing fireplace.
* There is also a small bathroom with shower, sink and toilet on the lower floor.
First floor:
* Accessible from the living room, stairs to the first floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed of 140 cm, two bedside tables, wardrobe. Both with a nice view of the garden.
* Accessible from the kitchen stairs, the third double bedroom is located on the mezzanine. It has a beautiful private bathroom with sink, bath and toilet.
LE LOGIS DU GUETTEUR - 2 bedrooms + landing (sleeps 6) / 2 bathrooms

Located 30 m from the large country house, the Logis du Guetteur is another charming independent cottage for 6 people.
The house has three levels:
The ground floor:
* A spacious living room with wooden floor, exposed beams and stonework and a fireplace. The dining area and kitchen with microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, kettle and toaster are ideal for preparing breakfast.
You can relax in a small rattan lounge.
Below:
* A family bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), bedside table, crib and wardrobe. On the large landing, with direct access to the garden, and with access to the bathroom with bath, sink, toilet and washing machine, there is an extra single bed.
Above:
* A master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe and a storage unit. The view of the surrounding countryside is simply breathtaking! With private bathroom with bath, sink and toilet.
LE COTTAGE - 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 + 2 extra) / 1 bathroom

Le Cottage in a smaller private accommodation, ideal for a couple with 2 children.
It exists :
* a large bedroom with a 160 cm bed, bedside table and dressing room
* a small kitchenette with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 people
* a bathroom with shower and sink
* a toilet

Although the houses are particularly comfortable, it is outside that you can best appreciate. Domaine de Boussaguel, a true haven of peace surrounded by greenery on a domain of more than 3 hectares!
The huge garden, surrounded by woods and meadows as far as the eye can see, is an ideal playground for children.
At any time of the year you can enjoy the orchard: apples, peaches, figs, grapes ... enough to make delicious homemade desserts!
The pool of 10 m x 5 m is opened from June and particularly sunny where you can swim and relax. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool. The pool house with adjoining shower and toilet is particularly functional.
Not to mention the equipped summer kitchen and the large terrace with garden tables and chairs: the perfect place for long meals, well sheltered from the heat and the cooler evenings, while enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
In the summer months during drought, it is forbidden to light a fire. If the barbecue is used, you should therefore extinguish the fire with water after use. We also ask you to thoroughly clean the set after use. Campfires during the summer months are strictly prohibited.
Waste is not collected, and you must therefore bring it to the designated containers yourself. The nearest containers are located at La Grande Marque. (N 44.81715, E 1.01667)
To open the residual waste container, hold a waste magnetic card in front of the container's sensor. This card hangs from the key set of the The Old Barn house. Bags of up to 50 liters can be thrown away at a time.
