Sleep in the scout's house (Le Guetteur) dating back to the 100-year war and serving as a lookout over the valley, explore the recently discovered tunnels (un cluzeau) that remained hidden for hundreds of years, rediscover the spring (fontaine de Boussaguel) where the ancestors of the area used to fetch water and wash.
On a 15-hectare estate, you can wander through ancient forests and enjoy the peace and space. The estate consists of three separate houses, allowing families traveling together to maintain their privacy. If the estate is only partially rented, vacant houses are not further rented out, ensuring that the pool and outdoor kitchen remain exclusively private.

The large country house consists of:
Ground floor:
From the terrace, you enter the fully equipped kitchen: refrigerator, separate freezer, electric stove and oven, washing machine, dishwasher, and a large worktop.
The large adjoining dining room is impressive with its 4-meter high ceiling and large solid wood dining table.
A small step leads to the large living room, where armchairs and a coffee table are arranged around the imposing fireplace.
There is also a small bathroom with shower, sink, and toilet on the ground floor.
First floor:
Accessible from the living room, a staircase leads to the first floor where there are two spacious bedrooms, each equipped with a double bed of 140 cm, two bedside tables, and a wardrobe. Both with a beautiful view of the garden.
Accessible from the kitchen staircase, the third bedroom with a low ceiling and a double bed is furnished on the mezzanine. It has a beautiful private bathroom with sink, bathtub, and toilet.
LE GUETTEUR - 2 bedrooms + landing (sleeps 6) / 2 bathrooms

Located 30 m from the large country house, Le Guetteur is a charming cottage for 6 people. The house has three levels:
Ground floor:
A spacious living room with wooden floor, beamed ceiling, and stone walls with a fireplace. The dining area and kitchen with microwave, small refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster are ideal for preparing breakfast. In a small rattan lounge, you can relax comfortably.
Lower level:
A family bedroom with a double bed (160 cm) and a single bed (90 cm), bedside table, a crib, and a wardrobe. On the large landing, with direct access to the garden and access to a bathroom with bathtub, sink, toilet, and washing machine, there is an additional single bed.
Upper level:
A master bedroom with a double bed (140 cm), two bedside tables, a wardrobe, and a storage unit. The view of the surrounding countryside is simply breathtaking! With a private bathroom with bathtub, sink, and toilet.
LE COTTAGE - 1 bedroom (sleeps 2 + 2 extra) / 1 bathroom

Le Cottage is a smaller private accommodation, ideal for a couple with 2 children. It consists of:
A large bedroom with a bed of 140 cm, bedside table, and dressing room.
A small kitchenette with dining area and a sofa bed for 2 people.
A bathroom with shower and sink.
A toilet.
OUTSIDE
It is especially outside that you can best appreciate Domaine de Boussaguel, a true oasis of peace surrounded by greenery!
The enormous garden, surrounded by forests and meadows as far as the eye can see, is an ideal playground for children. At any time of the year, you can enjoy the orchard: apples, plums, figs, grapes... enough to make delicious homemade desserts!
The 10m x 5m swimming pool and the summer kitchen are open from June, and provide a delightful place to sunbathe and relax for hours. Surrounded by a wall and a fence, equipped with a lock. There are sun loungers and parasols around the pool. The poolhouse with an adjoining shower and toilet is particularly functional.
Not to mention the equipped summer kitchen and the large terrace with garden tables and chairs: the perfect place to dine for long hours, well sheltered from the heat and cooler evenings, while enjoying the panoramic view of the surrounding countryside.
