Beautiful modern and comfortable Provencal villa with large heated swimming pool. The villa is conveniently located a few minutes from the center of the characterful village of Cotignac.
The space
The villa is equipped with all modern comforts, with airconditioning and very high speed internet.
Ground floor
An open kitchen with a gas stove, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer and Senseo coffee maker. The living room consists of a dining area with fireplace and a sitting area with satellite television and a PlayStation.
Two bedrooms, both with a double bed. Bathroom with bath/shower and sink, a separate toilet and a utility room with washing machine, dryer and iron.
First floor
A third bedroom with a double bed and a fourth bedroom with single bed and baby cot. There is a separate bathroom with shower, sink and toilet. There is a fourth bedroom with two single beds which is enclosed but is available on request.
Outside
The villa is located on a plot of 5170 m² in a green environment. The heated swimming pool (9 x 5 m) slopes down to a maximum depth of 1.70 m and is secured by a roller cover. There are sunbeds around the pool.
A landscaped terrace runs the full length of the villa. This terrace is partly covered and equipped with a spacious dining table, so you can dine out of the sun with a view of the pool and the surroundings. There is a gas barbecue that you can use. There is a table tennis table and a football table.

The house is very beautiful and the garden & pool area is amazing. The house has everything you could ever need and more and is wonderful to stay in, filled with beautiful art and interesting sculptures! Marc was so helpful with local recommendations and we visited a few of them. Beautiful vineyards are very local to the house which we visited and sampled their amazing wines. Cotignac is such a lovely little local town, the market on a Tuesday was wonderful (another recommendation from Marc!) and there was lots of lovely restaurants, shops and cafes open through the week. Would highly recommend this lovely house and location!
