The villa a large living room with dining room open onto the veranda and the pool. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge / freezer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Laundry room with fridge / freezer.
A bedroom with a double bed (160) and a bedroom with a double bed and a bunk bed, each with direct access to a bathroom with shower and toilet. Another bedroom with a double bed. A separate bathroom and toilet.
Outside:
Small veranda, two terraces with garden furniture, deck chairs, parasol and a barbecue. The private pool (8.5 x 5m) is secured by a pool cover and can be used from April to October. Private parking.
