Cosette is a cute little cottage located on the edge of a private fishing pond. You can fish on beautiful carp, roach and tench.
The space
Main entrance with a living room with a kitchen and a wood stove. The kitchen has an electric and gas stove, refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, dishwasher and a combined washing machine and dryer. Lounge area with television and DVD player.
Two bedrooms with double beds and storage space. A bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.
On request we provide you with a cot and a high chair.
1st floor:
Second entrance with a staircase to the third bedroom with a double bed. A seperate toilet with sink.
Outside:
Terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers and a charcoal barbecue. The garden is completely fenced and there is sufficient parking space.
There is a communal tennis court and swimming pool of 16 x 8 m with a depth of 1.10 to 2 m at 500 m from the house. The swimming pool is heated and open from the beginning of May to the end of September. The opening hours are from 10am -10pm.
The house is located near the castles of the Loire, Brenne, Touraine and Sologne. On Tuesday morning there is a market next to Valençay Castle. The Beauval Zoo is 15 minutes away.
